Joy Cates

I have the best job in the world: I get to help people help themselves. I get to witness people create changes and lives they once thought were impossible. I believe our capacity to grow, heal, adapt, and evolve is way greater than most of us have been taught to believe.

For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from many different walks of life, adults, young people, entrepreneurs, parents, leaders, and those standing at major turning points in their lives.

Life constantly asks us to adapt, let go, grow, and begin again. The way we respond to those moments shapes not only our results, but our entire life experience.

My work is designed to help people move through change with greater clarity, resilience, confidence, and inner stability, so they can create meaningful change without losing themselves in the process.

I combine practical psychology, NLP, hypnosis, yoga, breathwork, and emotional intelligence approaches that support change on a deeper level than conversation alone.

Based in Salzburg, Austria, I work internationally in English and German with individuals, companies, schools, and organisations. I am a mother of three and the experience of real life informs everything I do.
