Joyful Kids

Giving children
the tools to thrive.

Most children don’t struggle because they’re too sensitive.
They struggle because no one taught them how to stay with themselves when things get overwhelming.

Emotional resilience, self-regulation, and the ability to recover — these are not personality traits. They are learned skills. And the earlier children learn them, the more powerfully they shape a life.

“Joyful Kids” is the name Joy gives to all of her work with children and teenagers aged 3–18 — from one-to-one sessions and school yoga programmes to a virtual programme families can use anywhere in the world. Whatever a child is navigating, and wherever you are, there is a way in.

Everything Joy brings to this work is age-appropriate, trauma-informed, and genuinely fun. Because children don’t learn when they’re scared or bored. They learn when they feel safe, seen, and engaged.

1:1 SESSIONS

Support that meets children where they are

Children and teenagers don’t always have the words for what they’re feeling.
They don’t need to.

Joy works with young people navigating anxiety, big emotions, confidence challenges, and difficult life changes — meeting them exactly where they are, at their own pace, in a space that feels safe and unhurried.

Using age-adapted versions of the same tools she brings to her adult work — hypnosis, NLP, and emotional integration — Joy helps children build an internal language for their experience. Not by talking it to death, but by working with the body, the imagination, and the nervous system directly.

Sessions are gentle, playful where needed, and always led by the child. Parents are kept informed and supported throughout.

What a Session Can Help With:

✿ Anxiety & Overwhelm

✿ Big Emotional Reactions

✿ Stress & Inner Tension

✿ Low Confidence or Self-Worth

✿ Family Challenges, Loss, or Transition

JOYFUL KIDS YOGA

Where movement meets emotional resilience.

Children learn best through their bodies — and yoga gives them a language their nervous system already understands.

Joy’s group yoga classes and school programmes teach children how to regulate, reset, and come back to themselves — through movement, breath, and play. No prior experience needed. No performance required. Just children learning to feel at home in their own skin.

Joy comes to you. Sessions are available for schools, kindergartens, after-school groups, and community settings — adapted to the age and needs of the group.

What the Programme Includes:

✿ Breathwork & Grounding Exercises

✿ Movement & Embodiment Practices

✿ Playful, Age-Appropriate Sequences

✿ Tools Children Can Use Independently, Long After the Session Ends
